Elevating Futures is more than merely a venture or a project. It is a commitment to the betterment of the future.

We believe that education is the great equaliser, that discovering purpose is the springboard from which to elevate. As JFK once said ‘children are the world’s most valuable resource and its best hope for the future.’ We want to ensure that future is one of hope, success, growth and community.

Elevating Futures offers high-quality semi-independent living care catered to age 16+ service based on an assessment of their needs.

We want to improve outcomes through comprehensive support planning, bespoke key-working and mentoring programmes.

These are designed to assist our young people in reaching for the highest potential, achieving their goals and aspirations whilst demonstrating respect, self-reliance and self-care with a successful transition into independence and adulthood.

We provide 24/7 care and friendly support provided by fully trained staff.

Our staff are on hand around the clock to offer high standards of a person centric care to our service users. Making it their mission and upmost priority to support those who are placed with us and ensure that everyone is made aware that they are valued and safe.

All staff undergo rigorous DBS and POVA checks as well as specific training to ensure Elevating Futures’ standards are met at all times.

Our staff are also encouraged and supported to undergo personal and professional advancement and to continue their professional development courses to always meet the needs of our service users.

At Elevating Futures our purpose is aimed at furthering the child's ability to establish a secure attachment with their caregivers.

Developmental attachment theory is the primary model for relationship development and trauma resolution. We want to promote independence to all our young people and Elevating Futures will do so even once the young persons pass eighteen.

Our mission is for life. Providing a place for growth, safety, respect and security. Our goal is to become the industry leader in the space and to demonstrate to our community that their elevated future starts today.
